• Add new features on the mobile app for check writing, debit card services and insights published by the firm
• Migrate to a new vendor service for providing check writing, debit card and bill pay functionalities to the client
• Redesign the Insights page on the client web portal with simplified navigation for clients, a broader source-set of intelligence from the firm, and a tags-based authoring experience for content curators on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) that enables both personalization and categorization
• Build a lead generation stack that captures interests from visitors to connect them with wealth advisors in the firm and is seamlessly integrated with the firm's CRM tool
• Automate all operations related to the deployment and maintenance of AEM to reduce the risk posed by the dependency on manual know-how
• Build components in AEM to support features such as tutorials for new functionalities
• Create a workflow in AEM to support the versioning of documents and the maker-checker process, and create APIs to download different versions of documents in bulk
• Integrate with a vendor tool that provides single sign-on (SSO) support for internal users and brings down the cost of translations by relying on a much larger data set for recommending translations
• Migrate AEM from a classic user experience to the modern look and feel provided by Adobe

Worked as a Project Lead involved in designing and implementing various systems such as -

• Build a Subscription Engine that supports multiple alert types, for example, Market, Insights and Banking Alerts, on various delivery channels, such as emails and push notifications on the mobile app
• Build microservices for ingesting data from multiple sources to an internal Lucene-based search engine, and for enabling search on various client portals for content such as news, insights, help articles and company tickers
• Build a video manager tool that provides a custom UI portal for content curators to upload original videos that are then transcoded into various resolutions, and streamed back to clients from Akamai (CDN) using adaptive bitrate streaming
• Add new features on the mobile app for search, markets, watchlist, news and research
• Migrate all infrastructure to IAC Integrate with Prometheus Agent to report SLOs of latency and availability on Grafana and alert the support team when SLOs are not met
• Integrate with Ribbon and Hystrix to build an improved fault tolerance in microservice interactions

Worked as a Junior Software Developer to -

• Build an SLA estimation tool for the technology users of an internal OLAP platform that enabled them to choose the most optimal strategy for data ingestion by generating real-time metrics per strategy for various stages from data processing to warehouse export and reconciliation
• Build new microservices for providing asset transfer capabilities to clients with MongoDB as the staging layer
• Build a notification manager that polls the database to send out emails to teams for processing client-submitted transfers
• Integrate with a templating engine to include dynamic content in emails
• Add a Kafka-based listener to email teams when there's a failure in processing a transfer or when the client has entered the incorrect pin while authenticating transfer requests
• Build a generic task orchestrator that interfaces between client-facing and internal systems and tracks the client approvals of the tedious transfer and account-opening forms submitted by teams
• Enable users to attach files securely to transfer requests by building a file uploader microservice that scans files for malware using Metadefender Windows machines before storing them internally
