Onboarding & Exit Process:  Hands-on experience in the whole recruitment cycle, including screening the internal portal and social media platforms like LinkedIn, interviewing with the hiring manager/GSL/CEO, offer negotiation, issuance of the offer letter and employment contract with candidates, onboarding process, SAP time management, SF training coordinator, HR induction call, legal and compliance call, exit process, etc.
Coordinate with external vendors for hiring and maintaining good relationships with them.
Coordinate with the new joinees for the salary bank account details for payroll and internal profile creation in SF.
Brief new joiners on our policy of insurance, GMC, GPA, NPS, and Meal Card.
 Prepare and handle the welcome kit for the new joiners.  Prepare a checklist of the activities for the onboarding of the candidates, such as (Welcome, organization announcement follow-up with LM, documents completion).  Coordinate with the IT and admin in charge for admin support, such as (information related to transportation, handing over of the IT assets, information related to the canteen, uniform measurements, etc.).
Preparation of the employee ID card, access card, and first-day joinee gate pass email to the security guard.
Send an invite to the HRBP for the HR induction call with the new joiner. Prepare and issue the confirmation/extension of probation letters via the systems.
Prepared a referral form for employees who referred a new joiner after the completion of 3 months of PPF.
Prepared experience letter, summary letter for employees, and scheduled the exit interview between HRBP and employee.
Employees Engagement Activities & Events: Manage events in the office, such as birthday celebration invite creation, CIQ, and external vendor visitors coordination, and arrange conference calls between business heads and vendors.
Coordinate with the vendor and create a Birthday Voucher for monthly birthday employees and a Festival Voucher for employees (like Diwali, Navratri). Arrange a webinar for all employees for awareness, such as insurance benefits, tax benefits, health and wellness sessions, POSH sessions, etc.
Quarterly lunch arrangements for all the employees, and coordinate with the culture team.
Letters, Agreement, Invoice, Payroll, Excel Sheet: Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems in India, such as time office management for payrolling, leave management of the employees, and training systems, etc.
Involve and help the HRBP in preparing various local policies and procedures, and counsel employees on those policies and procedures.
• Storing and maintaining HR vendor agreements (POSH, headhunters, agreements with external vendors). • Maintaining and updating the monthly probation to confirmation record and coordinating with the hiring managers for the assessment of the employees for confirmation. • Preparing referral status, onboarding tracker, exit tracker, clients onboarding tracker (UBS), BGV, etc.
Preparation of yearly attrition for joiners and exits, Payroll Input, and maintained records such as LOP salary advances or any other recoveries at exit time.
Sharing payroll inputs with ADP partners.
Checking the payroll input provided by the payroll partners and submitting it to the portal (Inform HRBP). Preparation of the report on the exit of the employees for HRBP review and analysis.
Checking the full and final calculation received from them and taking the approval of the Head CEO for the payout.
