My experience of around 9 years in varied areas of Customer Service has taught me how to meet and exceed each customers expectation with service that sells. With my empathy and listening skills, I make the customer feel valuable with practiced ease. I have assisted all types of customers in diverse settings. I realize the value of acquiring and maintaining customer loyalty and the role it plays in getting repeat business from loyal patrons. Positioning a Company for better exposure and greater marketability is a task that I have performed with success many times. I am also a trainer for my team, having honed my skills in my previous assignments. I contribute to my team not only by adding to its technical or process knowledge but also by building on team-morale, confidence, and camaraderie.
