Duties and Responsibilities

1) Credit Appraisal & Recommendation Responsible for the credit appraisal and underwriting of employed,self-employed and NRI customers. Assessment of risk and repaying capacity of the customer to ascertain the credit worthiness. Recommending the loan application for sanctioning post the credit appraisal process.

2) Personal Discussion interacting with customers via telephone and visiting business setup to understand nature of business in order to fulfil the customer's needs and requirements.

3) Relationship Management maintaining relationships with various channel partners & customers to generate more business.

• Gained experience in accounting,audit and taxation across a range of industries.
• Managed and conducted Tax Audit, Concurrent audits,statutory audit, Revenue audit and Stock Audits.
• Preparation of project and feasibility report for various companies involving preparation of term sheet, working capital loan computation.
• Filling of company incorporation forms, annual return and other related forms with ROC.

• Vouching and verification of books of Manufacturing and Trading companies.
• Preparation of minutes under Companies Act'1956.
