• Perform requirement analysis, review functional requirement documents, and identify gaps against implemented functionality.
• Execute functional, end-to-end, regression, and Legacy-to-Web parity testing for credit card application workflows.
• Validate key features including Application Search, Get Work, Application Review/Update, Verified Debt, and workflow processing.
• Design and maintain test cases covering positive, negative, and business-rule scenarios.
• Develop and maintain automated tests using Playwright, including mock-based and integration/E2E testing.
• Validate application behavior using UI, API, and database-level checks where applicable.
• Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and the automation team to resolve defects and align with framework standards.

Client: Latitude Financial Services (Australia) – Finance Domain

QA Test Lead responsible for ETL testing of newly launched credit cards.

• Requirement gathering, analyzing and preparation of test plan, test scenarios & test cases based on the grooming sessions and STTM document provided by dev team at the beginning of a sprint.
• Managing a team of 4 QA resources in the squad.
• Sending WSR/MSR with the progress to the leadership and discussing the status.
• Reviewing of scenarios and test cases prepared by the team members and sharing the feedback if anything got uncovered.
• Writing and executing test cases as an individual coordinator to validate the data flow between source and target (Dimensional and Fact tables)
• Providing guidance and mentorship to team members and helping them grow their skills and encourage continuous learning.
• Keep scrum master/stakeholders informed about the QA progress, risks and any issues/blockers that could impact the project timelines or quality.
• Updating the assigned Jira’s on daily basis with all the necessary info and attaching all the test cases, screenshots once the story gets completed and creating a defect/bug in case of any issue.

Project Name: Client Data Demographic Conversion

Client: Morgan Stanley (USA) – Banking Domain

Senior QA responsible for ETL Testing of E-Trade data migration into Morgan standards.

• Requirement gathering, analyzing and preparation of test scenarios & test cases based on the grooming sessions and STTM provided by dev team at the beginning of a sprint.
• Well-versed with all stages of Dev Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Writing and executing the SQL queries to validate the data flow between source and target (Dimensional and Fact tables)
• Writing Unix commands to access and move files from QA environment to local directory to perform validation of file count and stage table count and performing sanity on data.
• Working on python framework to validate the high volume of data and using it for regression testing as well.
• Updating the assigned Jira’s on daily basis with all the necessary info and attaching all the test cases, screenshots once the story gets completed and creating a defect/bug in case of any issue.

• Senior QA responsible for testing the Market Data, Jobs and Order execution components.
• Requirement gathering through meetings or calls from Development team, analyzing and understanding them and preparing a query list in case the requirements are incomplete.
• Preparation of complex SQL queries and executing them to validate the ETL processed data in target DWH verifying the column mapping between source and target databases.
• Preparation of Test scenarios and Test cases based on the gathered requirements and getting them approved by the QA Manager.
• Managed a team with 2 QA resources.
• Worked closely on the deadlines of the work/bugs assigned to the team.
• Reviewing of test cases and scenarios prepared by the team members and addition of cases if anything got uncovered.
• Responsible for driving out the daily scrum meetings to discuss about the completed & pending assignments and informing about showstoppers if any.
