TAMM is an online portal that enables access to Abu Dhabi Government digital services in one place, supporting the Emirate's digital transformation.

Handling all the release activities of TAMM portal and the services of the entities involved.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Interacted with internal and external stakeholders to improve quality processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness. .
• Conducted meetings and reviews to collect information regarding release activities and ensure that all pre-requisites are met.
• Built automated test scripts to handle repetitive software testing work.
• Completed in-depth usability testing on Windows, Android and iOS mobile devices.
• Increased customer satisfaction through adherence to quality standards of TAMM web portal and mobile application.

Project/Entity : MoHRE (Oct 2022 - May 2023)

The MoHRE Establishment, work permit and domestic worker services were integrated with TAMM.

Roles & Responsibilities :
