• Automatic moulding machine DISA MATCH 20X24, high pressure jolt-squeeze type moulding machine, SINTO FCMX-I, FCMX-II, FDNX make moulding machine and mould handling systems.
• Sinto bharat machinery ltd and DISA make 60ton/hr sand plant all equipments.
• OMEGA make no-bake moulding plant and related equipments
• Having experience of induction furnaces capacity of 150 kg to 2 MT of INDUCTOTHERM and ABP make and all water cooling systems.
• Different types of automatic core making machines like LAEMPE, COMPAX make core shooter machines and rotary table type core machines and their sand conveying systems
• Having expirience Of various types of shot blast machines like DISA make hanger type m/c, swing table type rotary shot blast m/c, tumblast m/c etc
• Having exp Of liquid metal pouring automatic pressure pouring maching of 2MT capacity
• Having exp Of screw type air compressors capacity of 300 to 500 CFM, air dryers, industrial R.O
• Plant, borewell pumps and water distribution system
• Having exp Of pneumatic sand conveying systems, dust collectors, fume extraction system, dense phase additives conveying system etc
• Having basic work exp Of material handling equipments like JCB m/c, Forklift, electric stackers, manual pallet trucks etc
• Knowledge and experience of ISO 9001:2015 (quality management system), ISO 14001:2015(environment management system) , ISO 45001:2018(occupational health and safety analysys system.
