Overview:

• Leading the test automation strategy for a large-scale insurance platform, involving complex web and API integrations.
• Responsible for end-to-end delivery of automation projects, aligning QA efforts with Agile sprint goals, and product timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designed and implemented robust automation frameworks using Katalon Studio (Groovy) and
• Leading a team of six automation engineers, including mentoring, task delegation, and performance reviews.
• Conducted sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions to ensure QA alignment with development milestones.
• Managed code versioning, peer reviews, and repository hygiene using Git.
• Performed accessibility and cross-browser compatibility testing to ensure compliance and usability.
• Executed automated test suites through Bamboo CI pipelines, enabling continuous testing and faster feedback loops.
• Authored and maintained automation test cases for both the Web UI and REST APIs.

• Updated and maintained failing test cases built using Java, Selenium, and TestNG.
• Created automated scripts for API testing, and performed API performance testing using JMeter.
• Integrated test execution with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
• Managed manual build deployments in non-prod environments for quick validation cycles.
