Current Role – IT Manager / Infrastructure & Security

• Lead and manage a 25+ member cross‑functional IT team comprising Network, Infrastructure, Server, and Security engineers , delivering enterprise IT services to 4,500+ users across multiple branches in India and overseas locations .
• Oversee centralized IT operations for geographically distributed offices , ensuring consistent service delivery, security compliance, and SLA adherence across domestic and international branches.
• Own end‑to‑end IT operations covering hardware, software, endpoint support, and enterprise infrastructure with strong focus on availability, security, and business continuity .
• Drive IT Asset Management , Risk Register maintenance , and audit/compliance governance for multi‑location operations, ensuring effective risk mitigation and regulatory readiness.
• Manage and optimize enterprise security platforms including EDR, MDR, Web Filtering (Zscaler Internet Access – ZIA), Cisco ATP , Microsoft O365 Security , and endpoint protection solutions.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Cloud Infrastructure (Azure/AWS) operations supporting users and systems across India and overseas environments , in collaboration with the Server and Cloud teams.
• Lead BCP/DR planning and execution for distributed infrastructure, coordinating with business and IT stakeholders to ensure operational resilience across locations.
• Establish, implement, and continuously improve ITIL‑aligned processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and SLA Management) to enhance service quality across all branches.
• Own SLA and vendor management for internal teams and external partners, ensuring measurable performance and service consistency across regions.
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives , IT governance, cost optimization, and risk‑based decision‑making for global operations.
• Business Continuity Planning (BCP): Led BCP initiatives for multi‑location infrastructure , improving recovery readiness and reducing operational risk.
• Cost Optimization: Delivered measurable IT cost savings through cloud optimization, license rationalization, and infrastructure efficiency initiatives across branches.
• Active Directory Migration: Successfully led AD migration and modernization , improving security, scalability, and identity governance across distributed environments.
• Security Enhancement: Strengthened enterprise security posture by implementing and optimizing EDR/MDR, ZIA, Cisco ATP, and O365 security controls .

• Responsible for 24 X 7 Support for all Linux & windows servers & systems.
• Managing Team of 8 Engineers including call coordinator and Network resources 4 Engineers.

• Managing the backup team to maintain Business critical data.
• Implementing the changes in backup policies through coordination with customers/client as per the requirement.
