Total 6+ years of experience into Data Analytics with multiple domains like Sales, Operations & HR/Recruitment.
Current role is to manage entire Talent Acquisition team performance and optimize their work using data insights, Dashboards, Metrics benchmarking, Quality & Compliance , Timely & Regular Audits of Recruitment team. Create & Monitor various scorecards like Recruiter, Interviewer, Vendor scorecard.
Freelancer is an Australian freelance marketplace website, which allows potential employers to post jobs that freelancers can then bid to complete.
Job duties include:
1) Develop and Manage entire reporting mechanisms, Visualization, People Analytics(HR), Hiring Requirement as per the business expansion.
2) Manage reporting for three countries India, Indonesia , Australia and connect with the country stakeholder for their reporting need and prepare Business requirement documents.
3) Regular sync up with the client(HP a laptop/desktop maker brand) on cost analysis, Invoicing etc.
4) Internal team reporting requirements and training on data analytics.
