• Key accountability of the data storage, dashboards, tracking and information guides for TA process.

• Partner with internal HR team to deliver/design solutions for issues such as recruiting , Compensation, Payroll, Candidate Onboarding.
• Run various training modules for recruiters and sub teams on new features and tools.
• Manager Recruitment provisions and complete external recruitment agencies invoicing while driving various cost cutting models and techniques. Maintain SLA of max 2% hiring from Recruitment consultants.
• Supported management protocols, decisions and plans within company structure, atmosphere and culture.
• Scheduled cross-team meetings, facilitated planning, note-taking and status updates for project execution.
• Tracked development milestones and deliverables and aligned to stated deadlines.

Job duties include:

1) Develop and Manage entire reporting mechanisms, Visualization, People Analytics(HR), Hiring Requirement as per the business expansion.

2) Manage reporting for three countries India, Indonesia , Australia and connect with the country stakeholder for their reporting need and prepare Business requirement documents.

3) Regular sync up with the client(HP a laptop/desktop maker brand) on cost analysis, Invoicing etc.

4) Internal team reporting requirements and training on data analytics.

• Maintain day-to-day operations related to HR, Operations, and Data Management.
• Maintaining a team of 15+ MIS Executives pan India along with their performance, daily tasks, absenteeism.
• Managing Off role requirement and hiring/Joining of field sales executives on a daily basis and as per the project requirement.
• Serving as Central POC for Off role associate's salaries, incentives, Sourcing and Joining cost, Data analysis, per associate average costing etc.
• Perform Off role head count analysis on a weekly basis for the top management so that they can take project decisions accordingly.
• Provide monthly budgeting of off role salaries, incentives and Sourcing costs to the internal finance team so that they can make arrangement of necessary funds for timely salary/incentive processing.
• Managing external consultancies and vendors for head count requirement and address their concerns timely so that relationship will not break and improve day by day. Handled 40+ external consultancies PAN INDIA till date.
• Maintaining and developing project and business SOPs from time to time and maintain SLA as per SOP and minimize the TAT.
• Good in managing off role salary,incentive grievances.
• Good in managing secrecy of data and employee details.
• Good in preparing trackers, Master trackers, Google data studio dashboards. Also expert on Google Spreadsheets etc.
