- As Deputy Manager my work Involved in procuring requirements from Business team and assisting BA's in creating BRD's, FSD's, SOP's
- Working closely with Development, QA, Database, Network/Firewall, weblogic and MQ team for UAT and Production Integration
- Implemented a Payment Application which brought multiple Payment Types such as NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI.
- Integrated Beneficiary Maintenance service in the Payments system which helped reduce dependencies on concurrent systems and improved stability and reliability
- Integral part of a Payment API migration project where we designed and implemented an conversion layer which helped convert existing Json and Soap/XML API's to newer JSON API without changing the end user/customer experience.
- Tested the Rest/SOAP API's using Postman tool and implemented the same in UAT and Production
- Worked closely with SFMS team to complete DEV and UAT testing for NEFT and RTGS
- Completed IMPS NPCI certification, UAT and Comfort round Testing
- Performing Performance Testing for application stability under extreme load using JMeter tool
- Responsible for Raising Change for Production Deployments and Sprints
- Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders (SFMS, NPCI, IDP/EDP, CBS, Karix) for day-to-day activities
- Key roles also included, active engagement with client to educate about Payment API products and ultimately enabling them to use these Payment APIs to transact with the bank.
- Creating Test Scenarios and Test cases, Managing QA resources and reviewing test results for critical and complex application features using JIRA for tracking.
- Working closely with Developers to close critical application bugs
- Closing Application Security points to adhere to bank compliance on minimizing security vulnerabilities
- Conducting DR Drills exercises to ensure that (IT) systems will be recovered in the event of an actual disaster
- Working with Support team for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues faced.
