Production

· Planning, organizing and implementing manufacturing procedures in accordance with Quality Assurance methods, new process technologies, organizational strategies and quarterly/annual budgets.

· Managing and directing production processes while ensuring optimum utilization of resources to increase cost savings, quality, yields, output and efficiency of production.

· Handling production related tasks i.e., controlling & troubleshooting for achieving the planned periodic schedules and process control

· Productivity improvement by using techniques like Line Balancing, KAIZEN, Time and Motion Study, Lean Manufacturing.

In process Quality

· Ensuring adherence to the quality standards; undertaking root cause analysis of problems and developing effective solutions.

· Production process improvement, Mistake proofing,Process mapping and New method development to prevent causes of potential failures.

· Taking Effective counter-measures for Customer Concerns, Internal Defect occurrence& rejection control.

· Taking stringent quality measures including preparation of necessary documents to ensure compliance with standards & customer requirements.

Process Enhancements

· Identifying scope for planning / implementing technological changes like , TPM, Kaizen, Lean Production & Poke-Yoketo enhance efficiency

· Line Layout, Line Balancing, Time & Motion study and Process mapping for Productivity and Quality Improvements.

· VSM to identify losses in production processes to bring measurable improvements in cost and efficiency.

· Capacity planning, New Line setups, special tool and fixture development, Process validation, Monitoring and escalating for new projects and existing modification.

· Appraising the prevalent production systems/ processes, identifying Low cost automation and undertaking result-oriented measures for alleviating and documenting the same.
