• Review & Approvals of document such as Welding Producer Specification (WPS).
• Witness & Prepare of Welder Qualification Test (WQT) as per codes & standard.
• Verify approved WPS, Welders, welding operators & takers intended for the project have been properly qualified & are displayed at jobsite.
• Perform field inspection of fitting & welding in accordance with project specifications & scope of work as noted.

• Identify the type of welding joints according to size, material and site conditions.
• Ensure & monitoring the welding inspection before, during and after welding operation as per approved WPS, relevant engineering drawing.
• Monitoring Welding process, Pre heat, inter pass temperature, purging & position of welding.
• Visual inspection of welds, fillet weld & structural welding.
• Welding consumable verification and establish of consumable control procedure.
• Daily visual inspection of storage & handling of Welding equipment, verify the calibration of electrode baking oven, portable oven & inspection instruments.
• Coordinate with NDT third party for completion of RT & other NDT activity as per line class & Project requirements.
• Preparation of Final welding documentation (Daily welding reports, Fit-up report, welding summary report, NDT).
• Witness of Ultrasonic testing, Magnetic particle test, Penetrate test, PWHT & Hardness testing, PMI.
• Preparation & Review of Test packages such as Isometric drawings, piping system, hydro test diagrams, test limits, weld summary, valve test & other relevant documents.
• Inspection of Heat treatment, Post Weld Heat Treatment. (PWHT)
• Reviewing pre-heating, SR graph.
• Ensure the safety work activities
• Witness of verticality inspection of columns, Disposition of foundation, Torque tightening inspection of columns in structure, Columns Grouting, Cube test.
• Co-ordinate internal QA/QC audit to attend the client QA/QC Weekly meeting and discussed quality related issue

• Line History Sheet maintaining for Boiler Pressure part, Non pressure part.
