A well-trained and dedicated Neonatologist with 4.5 years of experience in managing critically ill preterm and ELBW neonates. I hold a DM in Neonatology from Lady Hardinge Medical College and have a strong academic foundation with an MD in Paediatrics from Sawai Man Singh Medical College. My clinical interests lie in evidence-based care for extremely preterm infants and improving outcomes through early intervention. I have actively contributed to undergraduate, postgraduate, and nursing education, and am a certified NRP trainer with hands-on experience in neonatal resuscitation teaching. My research has focused on ELBW neonates and immunological markers in neonatal sepsis, with presentations at academic forums. Proficient in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada, I bring a holistic and collaborative approach to neonatal care and teaching.
