· Assisting in formulation and execution of products/services sourcing strategies

· Coordination with sales team and distributors for mismatch agreements, damage coolers and non- productive outlets

· Vendor / Technician training on software application to capture all parameters

· Plan and execute vendor / technician technical training

· Ensure safety during the execution in market & Warehouse.

· Ensure all SOP’s laid down by organization are fallowed

· Hands on experience with MS OFFICE, Microsoft Dynamics AX.

· Heading Maintenance & service team‐MEM (Marketing equipment management) Team for Karnataka operations.

· Managing & leading different sub functions/depts. like Warehouse, Suppliers, Stores, Service Centers, Customer care team/call center, Internal Audit & Asset tracking team with focus on company SOP

· Undertaking efforts to achieve equipment placement targets with 0% deviation in placement process and 100% hierarchy mapping in Apex Live

· Handling Authorized Service Centers for Coolers, PMX Machines and other Chilling Equipment’s

· Coordination with Operations and Clients to Meet the Targets.

· Closely examining the refurbishment of equipment defective stocks in warehouse & reverse logistics

· Rendering preventive maintenance service for 100% assets on a regular basis

· Closely working with the Sales team, distributors and key dealers to understand, plan and support for the equipment requirements, service-related issues, asset documentations, annual & monthly audits & reverse logistics requirements.

· Supervising Parts Management and Stores operations
