· Managing & leading different sub functions/depts. like Warehouse, Suppliers, Stores, Service Centers, Customer care team/call center, Internal Audit & Asset tracking team with focus on company SOP
· Undertaking efforts to achieve equipment placement targets with 0% deviation in placement process and 100% hierarchy mapping in Apex Live
· Handling Authorized Service Centers for Coolers, PMX Machines and other Chilling Equipment’s
· Coordination with Operations and Clients to Meet the Targets.
· Closely examining the refurbishment of equipment defective stocks in warehouse & reverse logistics
· Rendering preventive maintenance service for 100% assets on a regular basis
· Closely working with the Sales team, distributors and key dealers to understand, plan and support for the equipment requirements, service-related issues, asset documentations, annual & monthly audits & reverse logistics requirements.
