- Enforces stable and in-control processes including following controls and specifications applicable for the products and processes within the plant: MPS, control plan, standardized work (AS413), poka-yoke verification, internal ppm methods (AS060), etc
- Ensures the full execution of all traceability systems to meet Autoliv standard requirements (AS004).
- Confirms quality meets customer and internal requirements – product/process audits, (Internal: (LPA, PGSF, etc.)) COP (AS010-AS016), AS412, External (IATF, ISO, etc.), Customer Specific audits, PPAP approvals.
- Champions non-conformance investigations (problem-solving, six sigma, corrective action (AS063), lessons learned (AS065)) where applicable, and supports in other investigations as necessary (design, logistics, supplier), NCMs – Management and escalation.
