  • Taking ownership and architecting internal tool called Roster which helps organization to automate manual work done by different stakeholders.
  • Worked on and automated complex logic of generating payouts and Purchase orders for Partners which greatly reduced burden on finance team.
  • Created dashboard, designed backend and DB architecture for Managers to review Design Partners and their performance on milestones. This will be used by Growth team to overall improve customer satisfaction, enhance DP performance and result in higher business impact.
  • Took ownership and worked on Studio program which was major project that laid tech foundation for HomeLane’s expansion to Tier 2/3 cities across India
  • Worked on projects to manage Price Version, Expiry and Grace Period for Customer and Quotes.
  • Taking ownership of Design to Manufacturer initiative on Roster side which focuses on automating design and drawing flows of customer which will reduce design phase TAT to under 5 days from current 30 days.
  • Revised, modularized and updated old code bases to modern development standards, reducing operating costs and improving functionality.
