It is a single interface for multiple systems which includes CIS, FDR, IIM, OBIQ and other related systems. Channel Link has the ability to see Client details, Clients types, their balances and transactions etc only to the authorized person. One can access the Channel Link platform in two ways: - BRANCH and STOLI. BRANCH is accessible only for bank tellers where as STOLI is SunTrust Online service is similar to call center.
