- Provisioning and De-provisioning of user accounts like creation, modifications, and deletion on various environment like Cerner, active directory, OKTA, Citrix VDI and to the client’s customized applications.
- Creating user accounts and adding facilities in Cerner applications.
- Creating user accounts in active directory adding AD groups.
- Handling tickets related to global provisioning access installation, assigning showcase application and password reset and account lock/unlock.

- Responsibilities:
- Handling service requests, incidents and SLAs via Service now and acts as a Single point of contact between Requester and External Team and Vendors
- Handling all priority requests within the agreed SLAs.
- End to End follow-ups with concern team until issue resolution.
- Implement and maintain ITIL-based processes such as Incident Management, Change Management.
- Monitors the entire Data Centre Infrastructure like power, rack temperature maintenance, scheduled PM and PAC activities using vendors.
- Maintains the Day-to-Day activities of Data Center in the report format.
- Provides Remote hand support to customer’s request in their assets.
- Troubleshoots the customer’s servers, switches, routers, firewalls.
- Patching the cables respectively after the confirmation from customers.
- Maintaining tapes backup of customer and internal.
- Rack provisioning for customers after receiving PO and PSS from Business team.
- Checks the feasibility for customer cross connect and extending both fiber and CAT6 cables from MUX end to Customer end.
- Maintains cabling management using vendors providing path details.
- Device (Switches and Servers) installation and configuration for internal.
- Maintains inventories of internal devices.
- Maintain customer’s material movement both inward/outward.
- Provides console to the switches and firewalls on for the customer through remote.
