Project : Promo Optimization

Description: Generates the promotional recommendations for the Regular CCs to achieve the targeted sales using ML engines. This project was a Big data project using Hive and hadoop along with an ML engine to run few models to generate recommendations targeted to maximize the gross margins and sales.

Roles:

• Developed pyspark and hive scripts for few data ingestions and transformations.
• Was responsible for the an entire service integrations into the current hadoop clusters.
• Designed and developed publish infracture from on-prem clusters to a Rest API.

Project : Price Services Cloud Migration

Description: As part of this project, i had to migrate the legacy application which was 7 years old to use the Azure cloud technologies. I alone worked on delivering the project due to a resource crunch at that time and the project was deployed within 4 months.

Roles:

• Developed new Architecture design as part of the cloud migration.
• Responsible for orchestration of the Azure SQL DBs required for the pipelines.
• Developed new authentication structures for the business and project users.
• Responsible for End to End validations and prodution deployments.

Project : Price Analytics

Description: Price analytics has three tracks PO, MDO and Reporting. This project takes care of product pricing and the analytics to meets the targets for the business also takes care of reporting for different uses cases on the pricing data.

Role:

• Currently working as a Lead for this Team.
• Worked on migrating the three tracks from on-prem to Azure cloud services.
• Responsible for designing new pipelines and integrate the new apps to the existing architecture.
• Developed Azure databricks notebooks for ETL processes, Transformation, Consolidation and Aggregations of the Data.
• Working with the Upstream and downstream for any of the integrations.
• Responsible for developing ADF pipelines.
• I have worked on setting-up of all the required Azure servies for the project.
