Power saving and other work

• Compressor optimization with various control mode and inter-connectivity of pipeline. Cooling tower’s water pump suction pipeline strainer and discharge pipeline replaced.
• Installation of VFD in fly ash compressor.
• Turbo blower ( USHA NEUROS NX-300 ) installation for PA firing application.
• Compressed air pressure reduction from 6.2 bar to 5.4 bar.
• In-house arrangement of vacuum dehydration were made to, separate the water from oil.
• Apron conveyor discharge chute modification at wagon tippler to avoid chute jamming.
• Installation of air drier for moisture free air.
• Correction of better moisture free air compressor air discharge circuit for.
