• Ensuring that all equipment is functioning within specified parameters and making adjustments as necessary.
• Responding to alarms and emergencies, taking appropriate actions to address issues promptly.
• Keeping detailed records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and any incidents.
• Work order and asset management by using IBM MAXIMO.
• Assuring proper spare material and consumables in store to avoid plant downtime.
• Maintaining renewal part, manual and other A/C and chiller documents.
• Carrying out work in accordance with the company safety policies and procedures.
• Work order and man hours entries, material requests in Maximo by IBM.
• Coordinating with manager about work, waste material and stock.
• Daily routine inspection and maintaining checklist for all units.
• Carrying out plant operation without affecting operation and processing.
• Carrying out preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, condition-based maintenance, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Active involvement in weekly meetings with the supervisor & manager to resolve site-related issues.
• Ability to solve problems in electrical and HVAC related issues.
• Coordinating with HVAC and chiller maintenance and breakdown.
• Carrying out preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, breakdown maintenance work.
