Talent Acquisition:
• Lead and assist the talent acquisition function and help to hire top talent in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner while promoting diverse and inclusive hiring practices.
• Manpower Planning and forecasting needs with Business heads for catering to their manpower requirements as per the business forecast/expansion of existing projects.
• Work with cross functional partners and other leaders within the organization to strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute tactical research, referral generation, IJP, and sourcing campaigns.
• Manage campus connect and continuous supply of talent through various educational institution
HR Partnering & Operations:
• Drive people strategy and ensuring alignment between the business operations and HR practices and objectives.
• Ensure the adherence to Disciplinary rules and statutory laws, such as POSH, Speak up, Code of Conduct etc. and ensure that any violations are handled as per policy.
• Manage employee induction, working closely with the business leads to drive people and performance management on important processes like probation, confirmation, extension of contract, increments, exits, etc.
• Execute talent management with proper succession planning and career progression, leadership development, learning and development initiatives, employee engagement, etc., thereby driving a culture for performance.
• Handle employee grievances in a structured manner within a stipulated deadline, address the employee queries on HR processes and timelines, etc.; administer the employee benefits in line with the policy guidelines and applicable statutory frameworks/laws, etc.
• Manage employee data effectively and build dashboards and MIS to reflect HR Analytics, thereby sharing it with relevant stakeholders, etc. Further, advise the business leads on talent imperatives through data driven decision making.
• Liaise with Business leaders to understand the Outsourced Resources requirement and ensuring that
manpower needs are effectively and efficiently handled from an Outsourced perspective as required.
• Plan, organize and execute initiatives like Annual Day, Sports Day, Birthday, Family Day celebrations and other such events/initiatives, library management, etc.
Payroll :
• Address all the payroll-related issues and concerns raised by the employees a timely manner.
• Undertake vendor management and qualification, manage the records and process efficiency of the
vendors, ensuring vendor compliance to all the applicable standards and audit requirements.
PMS:
• Ensure smooth functioning of the performance management system and related tools, manage the role-based career progression for employees.
• Ensure rolling out of goal setting, mid-year review and appraisal phases (3 phases) as per the PMS calendar; support teams on the KRA setting process and align their goals to the business objectives.
HRIS:
• Manage the vendor and implementation partner to carry out the end-to-end implementation of the HRIS.
• Assist in the migration of the existing HRIS into the latest version and eventually into the upcoming ERP system with the minimum possible downtime.
Off Boarding:
• Managing the offboarding process and gathering valuable feedback to improve organizational practices for retention
• Conducting stay-back interviews to understand employee satisfaction and address retention challenges.
• Analyze turnover trends and develop strategies to improve employee retention.
Outsourced Resources:
