  • During my role in AIx (Actionable Insights Accelerator) group in Silicon Products Group, I build multi-functional high-performing teams of Application Engineering, TPS, GPS and Algorithm development and Engineering.
  • AIx group has been focused on development, implementation and deployment of new sensors in the factory as well as in the customer sites. These sensors along with the usage of Machine Learning, AI and virtual metrology provides new insights and enhance our process tools performance, improve green to green time, productivity and production ramping.   • I moved back to PDC after SunFab and joined the PDC for taking charge in Head2Head evaluation for our DF PL in a key customer in South Korea.
  • I was in-charge of the H2H activities for both logic and memory H2H and DF PL penetration working along with the BU and the local account team.
  • I was also involved in providing support for our old fleet of tools (ComPLUSXX) as per customer request. During this time we implemented Multiple Alignment Target which later on went on to become the Synthetic Alignment Target for resolving alignment issue. We also developed Multiple Recipe Creation which is now better known as ORC (Offline Recipe Creation). I also wrote a script in Unix to collect and store log files (MainX.log) for tracking and resolving of various production issues.
