· Day to day progress monitoring if IP/MPLS project in terms of completion, issues and work closely with the team/customer for possible resolution in timely manner.

· Work closely with the RJIL circle team ensuring the project in on track.

· Acting as a primary project interface to the circle and NH team.

· Plan and monitoring delivery phase of project with close coordination with vendor partners and field.

· Interact with project/delivery team on regular basis to understand the requirement

· Supporting partner’s ON boarding for mass site deployment of CSS (Cell site Switch).

· Required trainings of Field Engineers for deployment.

· Performance Monitoring, Tracking and Reporting, Progress schedule with regular updates, Progress Reports, weekly and monthly, Progress Meetings including Meeting minutes on a frequency to be determined by the needs.

· Scope Verification & Reviewing the Project Test Plans

· Deployment and ATP1A of circle scope as per RFE2 readiness.

· Reliance 4G Project Rollout Report and GAP Analysis report maintenance.

· Identification of issues & risks involved in the Project & create risk register so that risks can be minimized.

· Using CISCO systems & RJIL 4G Project rollout tools for various report generation and update.

· Implement to complete weekly target sites with on time

· Monitor the energy consumption for effective control of energy cost.

· Carry out root cause analysis of high energy-consuming sites and develop action plan to reduce the energy cost. Ensure EB availability on maximum sites by proper liaison with EB authorities.

· Monitor and control EB disconnection issues and bring EB disconnection to Zero level. Develop systems for energy conservation by deploying non-conventional sources of energy.

· Analysis and Validate for our diesel consumption on a daily basis.

· Energy consumption analysis on predetermined frequency

· Monthly EB and Diesel billing data validation.

· Analyzing and reporting high and low consumption sites.

· Energy Savings analysis for Energy projects sites.

· MIS reporting as per CORPORATE requirement on daily/Monthly basis
