• Vendor finalization, ensure closure of TQs, release of TBA & timely ordering.
• Post order activity - KOM (Kick of Meeting), Coordinate with supplier for VDR submission, issue manufacturing clearance, periodic review of manufacturing progress and expediting sub-ordering, inspection & dispatch clearance.
• Coordinate with logistics team for dispatches.
• Closure of change order & delivery extension, scope splits etc.
• Visit to vendor works for expediting.
• Participate in inspection of critical items at vendor works.
• Planning & scheduling for electrical activity in different phases of E-P-C-C project.
• Preparation of construction enquiry / work-volume, floating enquiry to selected E&I contractors for obtaining offer for E&I construction activity.
• Finalization of E&I construction contract.
• Review of construction activities & progress for smoothly closing entire construction phase of the project.
• Client & PMC's Punch point / format system clearance for electrical items.
• Handled in erection, testing, sub-station charging, motor no-load run, managing substation manning & troubleshooting of E&I Items, crash procurement, pre-commissioning, commissioning.
• Testing & Commissioning Transformers, HT/LT Switchgears, HT/LT Motor, DG Set and other electrical items.
• Planning for resources and manpower for planned shutdown of the plant and execution including start-up.
• Handled project closeout activity in close coordination with client.
• Construction supervision of sub-station & field manifolds at KOC, Kuwait.
• Inspection and documentations of the entire site related installation work for maintain good quality work and satisfies the client requirement.
• Quality documentations including work procedures, method statement and inspection test plan, compliance reports generated by periodic quality audit, scheduled project quality plans, maintain constructional and electrical drawings for work execution etc.
