Overview: As a part of Program Operations, I manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new students, ensuring a seamless transition into the program. My role involves operational management of student-mentor relationships, process documentation, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Oversee monthly student onboarding, ensuring accurate information collection, mentor assignment, and group placement.

  • Worked on developing a procedure for closing 1000+ postpaid cases and assuring timely payment after the learner was placed
