Joining formalities & Induction - Document verification, Induction, Ensuring quick stabilization of new entrants in the organization, Work station & system allocation, creation of required official accounts, providing official letters, Introduction., 

Exit formalities - Exit interviews, issuing exit documents, Ensuring settlements of dues, Farewell at the time of reliving of the employees., Employee Social - Celebrations - Festivals, Birthdays, corporate events, CSR Activities, employees get together, outing & Team lunch, employee caring & welfare.
