- · Oversee field distribution by suitable third parties identified by the project implementer.
- · Assist and train distribution agency on the use of Mobile Application (APP), use of Database Management System (DMS), inventory management, Standard Operating procedures, data collection, invoicing requirements, ICL disposal etc.
- · Oversee local logistics including LED supply and warehouse management.
- · Manage manpower for efficient and timely distribution.
- · Track various timelines including LED supply, distribution timelines, ICL disposal timelines, reporting timelines, etc.
- · Coordinate with local authorities when required on project-related matters.
