I have 10 Years of experience within Human Resources, particularly in Talent Acquisition (TA) with a focus on technical assessment and delivery management, I have developed a strong expertise in assessment of various tech stacks for specialized technical roles. My role involved collaborating with hiring managers and technical teams to define job requirements and assess candidates' skills using various assessment tools/ coding challenges and technical screening.
