Accomplishments

    · Project work of conversion of process from DCDS to DS at M.S.W., Mawana

    · Expansion of Boiling House (5500 TCD to 7000 TCD) at Mawana Sugar Works, Mawana

    · Production of quality sugar to add more institutions in basket of Mawana Sugar with major thrust on Nestle, Coke, Perfetti & Mondelz.

    · Proficiently improved the sugar quality from 120 to 80 ICUMSA Unit (improved by 40 units) through imparting technical training to all concerned workmen & staff.

    · Work on Steam consumption% cane by reducing steam from 53.50% to 49.0% (Reduction by4.5 %) through different small initiatives internally.

    · Conducted training session on energy savings at various platforms.

    · Achieved lower final molasses purity. Minimum sugar process loss.

    · Achieved the management target of 90% bold grain with 98% retention.

    · Production of sugar as per specs of Institutions & increased prod. of institutional sugar from zero to approx..65% at present.

    · Worked on different efficiency projects for Energy saving, reduction of chemical cost & achieving efficiencies.

    · Capex and Repair & Maintenance Budget monitoring & control.
