  • Being a part of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, I take care of budgeting, forecasting, planning, P&L projection, variance analysis, and building financial models for various ad-hoc analytical tasks useful for business decision-making.
  • My responsibilities include forecasting labor headcount and cost, conducting variance analysis, and collecting inputs on employee benefits from respective SPOCs.
  • I developed a regional P&L model to provide regional leaders with visibility into financial performance and streamlined the T&E reporting process by collaborating with the accounting and travel teams—addressing what was previously a reporting black hole.
