  • Serving as a strategic partner in planning annual campus strategies alongside senior business leaders across CEC, I manage the development of a comprehensive campus engagement plan each year, incorporating innovative ideas to continually raise benchmarks. Currently, I oversee engagement with over 57 campuses across India.
  • Leading a mid-sized campus recruiting team, I collaborate closely with the team to meet annual hiring targets while maintaining high quality. Last year, the team successfully hired over 1,000 full-time employees and more than 400 interns.
  • Re-engineered the "Campus Beats Engagement Program" into a hybrid format to educate early talent applicants about careers in a professional services company. The program engaged over 40,000 participants across 106 schools in India, receiving an NPS score of 90%.
  • Partnered with the talent development team to launch online trainings for upcoming joiners (interns or FTE) known as the pre-boarding program for the new joiners to be project ready from the beginning itself.
  • Lead a hackathon program to attract and hire the best talent in the analytics and tech space. The program was run between the tier 1 institutes and we successfully rolled offers from IIMs, and GLIMs and met the ongoing hiring demand.
  • DEI Initiatives: Designed and implemented the "Women in Consulting" program to enhance diversity through campus hiring, successfully increasing the women offer ratio from 30% to 34% in the 2023-2024 placements.
