• In this research, we have concentrated on finding ways to extend the life of single-point cutting tools, which are more costly and have a shorter lifespan due to increased wear and tear than they used to have in many industrial organizations.
• Throughout this project, we have discovered a number of techniques, like PVD and CVD, that may be applied to a single point cutting tool to increase its hardness, which will ultimately increase the tool's life.
• Our aim that we have achieved in this project is that we have increased the life span of a single-point cutting tool.
• We have successfully published this research paper in an international journal for scientific research and development.
