Manager - Strategic Partnerships

  • Launched the new initiatives vertical from scratch and made 5 new categories (Travel, Digital Gold, Mutual Funds, Insurance and Bill payments). This was to increase agent earnings on the app.
  • Developed the D2C App for ZET called Magnet credit card - Solving for 20 million customers who do not have a credit score and wish to enter the financial ecosystem. Scaled from 0 to 1 of the business to find perfect 'product market fit' and creating P&L that can scale business to a 100 cr revenue YOY.
  • Managed partner relations for 20 banks and NBFCs (onboarding, key account management and growth) in the high ticket personal loan categories(Including Personal loans, Business loans and Gold loans).
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify potential partnership opportunities in line with organizational goals.
  • Streamlined internal processes related to managing partnerships for more efficient operations and decision making.
  • Developed the ZET Enterprise(B2B) product - MYTeams for ZET. (0 to 10 journey).

a. Started from 100 cards sales per month to 1500 cards sales per month in 6 months.

b. Enabled a new product line on the ZET App to help the enterprise business (agents with their own teams) from the ZET App itself.

c. Onboarded and activated 50+ channel partners.

d. Led team to meet 100% of performance goals.

  • Leading the new initiatives vertical for ZET App.
  • Developed ZET Pro (Plug and Play) - Embedded Finance from ZET for all B2C businesses to enable them to start financial services on their app.
  • Onboarded Timesprime, ET Money, ET now, Turtlemint, InsuranceDekho and 10+ brands. They are using ZET Pro on their platforms to sell credit cards and loans using APIs of ZET and UI/UX of their own. This solved manual onboarding of each bank partner and utilizing the tech of ZET to build a new revenue stream for their own companies at the lowest possible cost.
