· Good hands on experience on Public cloud (AWS) and Private cloud (Openstack- NOKIA CBIS)
· O&M and Optimization of Core IMS network including SBC, TAS, CFX.
· End-to-end knowledge and co-ordination of IMS Network, SBC such as handling of call related issue of IMS at SBC level and co-ordination with Hub location for analysis at TAS/CFX.
· Operations & Maintenance of Core IMS Network including troubleshooting, monitoring, tracing on interfaces such as Wireshark or internal system traces and logs.
• Provide L2 Service Assurance of Audioconferencing to 64 customers.
• Analyze SIP call flows to resolve customer issues.
• Providing services like SNS (Single number solution), LNS (Local number service), DTFS (Direct toll-free service) and Meeting Exchange which is used to connect customers to a bridge for enterprise services.
• Provide support (administration and troubleshooting) for Audio Conference Platform which includes Avaya Session Manager, Avaya Communication Manager, Audio codes Media Gateways.
• Analyze the CDRs at VN-metric and RT-DAS tools.
· NOKIA CBIS Cloud L3 Certified.
· NOKIA NCS Cloud L3 Certified (Based on Containerization/Kubernetes).
· Cloud Band NCF (Nokia Cloud Foundation) certification.
· Cloud Band NCA (Nokia Cloud Associate) certification.
