Disclosure system was developed with Polaris’s pioneer product Intellectflow. This system enabled branch office to create Disclosure Request (Workitem) and introduces it in the system for full disclosure. The Workitem then processed through a highly complex workflow process getting it routed to various queues using a thin client (Web-Based) utility. As the part of processing, the system need to communicate with a mainframe system (ATOLAS) to capture the customer related information through MQ servcie and a web-service to capture the disclosure related information. With this implementation an extensive MIS system with complex SQL queries were build to adhere to applicable disclosure laws in Japan.
