Managing picking, wrong picking and misplace of products âThe daily rejection of parts was at
PDI inspection for wrong picking and part not found was 10nos
When we calculate the data of the last two months data, we found that 60% of the rejection is for the wrong picking only
We have prepared a process flow of subgroup as picking we found some parts are being missed during the reading of DNs
Reading of the DN is not available and no awareness program is being conducted
No product knowledge is evident
After Implementing this we evaluate 3 persons who have joined recently and in next one month we have not such complain with them and we have horizontally deployed to all pickers and skill matrix is also being mentioned Which is going to help us in next project i.e., Eliminating Visual inspection for minimizing the dispatch time
