Project #1 JAG-Education and Childcare

• Perform functional web/mobile testing.

Project #1 Merchant Acquisition and digitisation

• Involved in Post Implementation activities so had to interact with Functional Consultants, prioritize the tasks based on their need and business criticality.

• Designing of functional and regression Test scenarios and Test Cases.
• Used JIRA tool for bug tracking and reporting, also followed up with the development team to verify bug fixes and update bug status.
• Extensive experience in creating, reviewing, and analysing user stories.
• Developed and executed SQL queries to verify the proper insertion, deletion, and updates into the database.
• Identified, reported, and tracked defects using JIRA test management tool.
