  • Visited Schaeffler, Germany from April 11 to May'11 for 2 months for knowledge transfer & machine acceptance for 3rd generation wheel hub bearing line.
  • Improved: Tool life by 20% through balancing RPM, Feed & cutting oil. Productivity improvement by set-up time; ensured continuous improvement in the existing set-up.
  • Completed: New project generation 3 wheel hub bearing; resulted in highest production in gen-3 line of wheel bearing; studied presentation on generation-3 inner flange honing machine cycle time is 8 sec more than required line cycle time < 11 sec. Two MTM projects for reduced cycle time and manpower. New project of cycle time reduction of flange grinding machine (MEG 180 FL).
  • Saved INR 6 Lakh per annum by optimizing cutting tools.
  • Facilitated training; rotated men to work on various machines.
  • Archived with team SPS review bronze level award in 2023.
  • Achieved GOLD award in 34th annual convention QCFI Vadodara chapter 2023.
