Senior Lead Analyst

- Drive significant transformation projects and be able to communicate with clients at the senior level throughout the transformation cycle, from opportunity identification and process assessment to deployment and sign-off
- Prepare management reports and provide analysis on financial performance, key metrics, and trends

- Data mining of existing FPNA processes and suggesting better solutions to process data for building reports through Power BI, VBA Macro or Python programmed BOTs etc
- Work with cross functional teams to deliver transformation projects by suggesting tactical solutions
- Harness new and emerging solutions and the application on operations
- Monitor and improve the key RTR metrics like implementing solution for workday saving, implementing center of excellence wherever possible
- Manage Team performance, work allocation, and other day to day activities within the RTR process engagement
- Interact with the client team on a regular basis on automation project update and progress and any issue post implementation, managing Hypercare of automation tool
- Ensure compliance and Risk Management while implementing solution i.e data protection, internal controls
- Periodic calls and meetings with customer to discuss SLA compliance
- Co-ordinate with various other functions such as technology, Quality etc to assess feasibility and potential savings of FTE from the suggested technology or digital solutions
- Develop strategic relations with customer and identify future opportunities for further automation.

- Inform the relevant local stakeholders on the outcome of the balance sheet review and indicate potential risk and opportunities on treatments, processes, or interactions to ensure a BS and P&L with the proper level of quality
- Responsible for raising IFRS business partnering challenges and liaise with the relevant parties to ensure the best suitable business solution whilst at all times adhere to IFRS and Webfem
- Accountable for the sign off / review of the internal control related processes (ROCK, authorization matrix (entity and jvs), system request) to ensure adherence to specific local legislation
- Responsible for training team members, setting strategy and monitoring progress towards goals
- Conducting yearly performance reviews and appraisals of team members
- Ensuring timely completion of Statutory and tax Audits and liaising with Auditors for queries and compliances.
