1. Quotation & Documentation Management
Preparing AMC/CMC/Onsite Visit quotations as per customer and sales team requests.
Generating and sharing Proforma Invoices for advance payments when required.
Creating and maintaining accurate installation and service reports after each service visit.
Issuing authorization letters and warranty certificates to customers when applicable.
2. Engineer Coordination & Scheduling
Coordinating and arranging engineer visits for printer installations and service calls.
Managing travel bookings and schedules to ensure timely deployment of service engineers.
3. Customer Interaction & Support
Engaging proactively with customers via email and phone.
Understanding requirements, addressing service-related queries, and providing prompt, effective solutions.
4. Order & Inventory Support
Providing quotations for spare parts, consumables, and printers as per internal or customer requirements.
5. Internal Process Management
Maintaining and regularly updating internal sheets and trackers, including:
Purchase Order (PO) List
Credit Notes Details (from OEM and internal teams)
ISIPL Customer List
Printer Dispatch Tracker
6. Finance & Compliance Coordination
Coordinating with the Accounts Team for invoice cancellations and credit note processing.
Handling vendor onboarding, including KYC and registration documentation.
