• Allocate & review cash exceptions on daily basis & resolving them in an accurate and timely manner.
• Monitor & resolve position breaks between aladdin, WSO & agent bank on same day to avoid any potential upcoming cash breaks.
• Work with tax operations & agent bank to claim withheld funds on interest and provide necessary docs to avoid any future WHT breaks.
• Collaborate with settlements & corporate action team for trade entry updates in aladdin so as to reconcile with the remittance amount.
• Taking update from counterparty & custodian to provide swift references for remittance amount as per pricing letter.
• Preparing weekly and monthly metrics that provide details of cash exposure levels along with cash and position break count for higher management.
• Working with product development team on enhancement in aladdin to generate auto accruals as per agent notice.
• Working with versana product team on testing of new platform that provide agent records.

• Processing Syndicate Loan Servicing activity such as process Rollover, Paydown, Drawdown, Rate set, Commitment decrease on Term Loan/Revolver facilities.
• Pull third party and secondary trades from IHS Markit application called Clear Par; Review and sign/ execute trades in Clear Par to settle in sentry; Perform reconciliation of closed trades.
• Leading daily calls with CRM team on various funds which holds discussion about ongoing activities, queries on cash recon, position recon, audit queries along with open mails from client & other teams.
• Providing resolution to middle office & FA team for various discrepancies raised by client to them related to bank debt.
• Review and reconcile loan positions and Liaise with Banks, internal operational desks and trade support teams to resolve payment issues.
• Organizing & handling training session for new hires & taking refreshers training for existing staff that would eventually upgrade there knowledge and minimize the errors in processing.

• Solve trade related queries get open trades settled and also process the difference in case if any.
• To check all trade documents and ensure their prompt update in the application.
• Performing research on cash and position breaks on daily basis.
• Reaching out to agent for missing notices and overdue contracts.
• Identify missing activities and get those updated in various applications.
• Performing accrual and position recon on weekly or monthly basis and research on differences if any.
• Provide assistance to CRM team on various audit queries received on priority basis.
• Providing reports to CRM along with the checklist on daily basis.

• Responsible for migrating the process from the third party Cortland team to CITCO application.
• Booking all the transactions such as rollover, drawdown, paydown, split, combine, restructure, spread change, benchmark conversion,restructure,commitment change and different types of fee as per the notices sent by agent bank in Sentry Portfolio Manager application.
• Being part of Loanonboardingteam, we are responsible for setting up new facility as per the credit agreement and terminating it there of as per the instructions received.
• Processing settlement of buy and sell trades along with calculations of delayed compensation and cost of carry independently.
• Booking interest capitalization in sentry portfolio manager & order manager accordingly.
• Tagging/indexing of notices in ECM.
• Checking markit on daily basis to check for any settled trades and update the system accordingly.
• Provide day end reporting to various stakeholders.

• Played a stellar role in identifying the broker wires and label it accordingly.
• Ensuring the funds received gets applied within stipulated time by the appropriate owners so as to avoid kickback.
