Responsibilities undertaken as Assistant Project Manager in Smart Grid Project are:

AMI Project

• Initiating and managing detailed technical analysis of extensive, multi-layered systems and assisting in material inspection of Smart Meters.
• Responsible for quality assurance monitoring and planning for timely project deliverables and enabling smooth installation of meters.
• Responsible for monitoring MDMS (Meter Data Management System) and HES (Head-End System) application as an AMI Solutions to the utility with respect to dashboard.
• Conducting SAT / UAT (user acceptance test) processes and preparation of closure and handover documents for project.
• SCADA Project:
• Monitoring Installation of BCPUs, TDRs and RTU in all Substation of sub-division 5 of Chandigarh UT and SCADA Servers and software at Data Center. Integration of field level IEDs through MODBUS, IEC 61850 protocols with RTU and RTU’s communication with SCADA Systems using 60870-5-104 protocol.
• Conduct End to End testing of IEDs using OMICRON CMC365 Kit and SAT of SCADA Systems.

District Coordinator – Sambhal District (Client – PVVNL)

Responsibilities – Overall management of IPDS and DDUGJY Project

• Construction, erection and commissioning of 12 new 33/11KV GSS.
• Planning and monitoring Installation of 36000+ meters.
• Augmentation of capacity of existing 33/11 KV Substation under IPDS with 11kv load bifurcation and 7 under DDUGJY.
• Rest of works under IPDS Scheme- This project included 11kv load bifurcation, Conversion of overhead 11kv lines to U/G if necessary, installation and commission of new distribution transformers at load centers and augmenting capacity of overloaded transformer.
• DDUGJY Rest work (Feeder Segregation, Electrification of Un-electrified Villages and Rural Household Connection)

• DESCRIPTION: Survey, Erection, Measurement and Billing of works of under R-APDRP Part B projects
• Work included were erection of new 33kv and 11kv Lines, reconditioning of distribution transformers, replacement of bare conductors with LT ABC in densely populated areas.
