• Working as an “Assistant Manager” Customer Order Processing in Supply chain Department Since 21ST November 2011.
• Order Processing, Scheduling & Inventory Planning: Execute all types of Sales Orders, like Spare orders + Service orders + Forecast orders of standard & special configurations for Mechanical, Electronics as well as Industrial Gearbox orders.
• Order Receipt in Drive Quote system, check Missing parts requirements, Planning will be done by Placing Import PO to source lists (China, Finland & Germany), or from STO transfer or Raise PR to Purchase Team for local specialty parts.
• Upon receipt of confirmation (vendor OA ) against Availability Planned for all missing parts , reschedule the order Keeping standard Assembly float to Production, and send order Acknowledgement to Sales Person in define time frame.
• MIS to Management every month for OA sending, Inventory Ageing, Forecast inventory report and send Manager for Analysis.
• Monitor & Control Production Order Scheduling (Weekly /Monthly) as per customer requested date & Prepare Capacity booking report (weekly/Monthly) basis and inform to Production Team.
• Maintain Inventory Levels in Baroda plant as per working capital guidelines from the company time to time.
• Co-ordinating with various departments like Sales branches for sales order Amendment Preponement and Postponement, COH team, Production, QC, Technical support, Ware house Team.
• Review Pending Purchase Requisitions on daily basis and convert the same to Purchase Orders to ensure timely conversion of requisitions to orders.
• Run MRP and review and adjust safety stocks of parts regularly as per guidelines and consumption trends.
• Execution of local work orders (subcontracting) related to modifications to assembly components to ensure completion in time to avoid any assembly delays.
• Forecast Orders Handling by timely ordering of required material as per Forecast orders given by sales and sending acknowledgement for the same and reserving the parts in stock after receipt as well as Monitoring Forecasting Accuracy & taking corrective actions.

Managing all technical and commercial aspects of Tender/Techno commercial offer preparation, Negotiations and finalization. Utilizing the industrial information and business network & providing marketing intelligence to branches for generating leads. Check all special gearbox rating in KISS SOFT, Design calculation of shaft, Bearing life, key etc. Preparing Dimension sheet of standard as well as special gearboxes in AUTOCAD 2000. Maintain all offer record in sales force, Analysis of Win – loss Offer and submit to Head of department.

Make a monthly plan of manufacturing gearboxes, spares items and co-ordinate with sales department. Planning & scheduling of resources which includes machines and bought out items. Create Purchase requisition of all Bought out items like forging, round bar, bearings, fasteners, Fabricated as well as casting parts as per the Bill of Material Received from Design department & Maintain / Control the Raw material inventory. Developed new vendors/Follow-up with Local vendors to maintain the on time delivery of manufacturing items. All planning activity done in ORACLE 11 - I ERP system. Maintain the all documents as per the ISO work instruction. Achieve monthly target by proper scheduling the order and making status of all order by weekly report and meeting with sales, purchase, manufacturing cell and assembly, painting and packing department.
