• Reviewing The Rating Model Lot Received From Team Member And Giving Them Confirmation To Publish Final Rating In The Database.
• Conducting Financial Analysis, Ratio Analysis, Cash Flow Analysis, Industry Ratio Analysis & Adverse Data Analysis Of Companies And Prepare Various Dashboard For Publishing Financial Data Insights.
• Monitoring & Updating Procurement & Rating Project Status To Leaders Through Weekly Reviews Deck.
• Monitoring Roi Based On The Customer Enquiries Received On Companies Whose Data Was Procured & Publishing The Same To Leaders On Monthly Basis Through Powerbi Dashboard.
• Handling Critical Financial Data Delivery To Global Customers Accounting For A Revenue Of Us$ 900k On Yearly Basis.
• Monitor Expenses And Ensure That The Project Stays Within Budget Constraints By Preparing Project Forecasting And Budgeting Report And Publishing The Same To Leaders And Finance Team

Team Management

• Develop A Detailed Project Plan Outlining Tasks, Timelines, And Milestones.
• Communicate Project Goals, Expectations, And Updates To Team Members And Stakeholders.
• Facilitate Regular Team Meetings To Discuss Progress, Challenges, And Solutions.
• Allocate Resources Effectively To Ensure Project Goals Are Met.
• Motivate And Inspire Team Members To Achieve Project Goals.
• Conduct Regular Reviews And Audits To Ensure Compliance With Quality Requirements.
• Recognize And Reward Outstanding Performance.
• Address Performance Issues And Provide Coaching When Necessary.
• Provide Regular Feedback To Team Members And Conduct Performance Reviews.
• Encourage Innovation And Implement Best Practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Preparation of business information report by gathering information through publicly available sources or Stock exchanges or Indian Local registry.
• Performing complex analysis with Financial Data, Ratios & cashflow statement.
• Analyzing a given entity & assigning credit rating within the SLA and ensuring full accuracy of data and quality.
• Adhering to the different processes and timelines as per the SLA of projects.
• Ensuring appropriate update of the database and relevant MIS along with process compliance.
• Interact with Correspondents/Customers/Sales Associates/Internally to ensure delivery of reports by Ascertaining quality timeliness.
• Ensuring proper MIS of the responsible business areas.
  Interaction with other SBU members for specific projects.
