• Validation of daily trackers and performing a quality check (QC) for the team.
• Conduct periodic reviews of quality of projects processed by team members and provide feedback along with periodic knowledge sharing sessions.
• Editing, processing and curating television schedules.
• Acquire, normalize and enhance entertainment metadata from various content providers. Communicate with clients and internal teams to meet immediate production needs.
• Provides customer facing support, including a proactive approach to improving levels of service where possible. Identify and understand problems through forecasting, gap analysis, quantitative reporting, research and statistical analysis.
• Provides estimates of effort for assigned tasks.
• Troubleshoots simple to complex issues as reported by end users.
• Analyses and identifies trends in problems being reported and devises remediation measures. Analyses existing data and metrics to determine trends and performance.
• Works with business to determine requirements for developing new reporting solutions.
• Standardizes and improves the company's reporting solution by examining existing reports and characteristics, documenting and presenting suggestions for improvement and implementing approved suggestions.
