I am in charge of 2 buildings and dropping the product for each appointments. Newcold is a automative system and i control the entire system. i reach out to clients about shortages for their orders. i send emails and answer emails for up coming appointments. Our scheduling team is all new and if anyone has any questions they come to me for answers. I do all the training for the planning team on day shift. I make sure the dispatch team knows where the product is staged and have the correct paperwork for the drivers to beable to get across Canadian borders. I have been at Newcold for 3 years and when i was hired i was sent to Tacoma Washington for 4 weeks to train.
