- Best-In-Class: Leading the technical development of a recommendation system that matches customers with optimal product offerings based on water usage, chemical and environmental impact, and thermal efficiency. The system leverages the Google SERP API and large language models (LLM) to accurately gather customer site attributes, significantly enhancing recommendation precision. Additionally, trying to create relationship between projects and products in Global water business. Estimated potential: $3 billion in lifetime
- Customer Retention: Designed and developed a customer churn prediction tool inspired by credit scoring methodologies, transforming it into a comprehensive customer health score system. Leveraged this score within a Markov matrix framework to estimate churn probabilities, and built an interactive what-if analysis portal enabling sales representatives to identify actionable retention strategies. Implemented Dynamic Time Warping(DTW) to cluster customers based on behavior patterns. Currently assisting the team in expanding the solution for the European market.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Led the technical team and collaborated closely with upper management to develop a solution that utilized time series analysis of product consumption across multiple sites to accurately identify refill needs. This was followed by route optimization for supply logistics, resulting saving of $2 million/year.
- Guided Selling: Designed and led the development of a product recommendation system that leverages CNNs to extract complex features from product data and KNN identify similar customers/products.Final recommendations were filtered through RAG based clustering architecture, which effectively clusters and removes duplicates, ensuring unique and relevant product recommendations for end users. Estimated potential revenue is $80 million in life time.
