In the professional field, fully coefficient to undertake repair and maintenance of all type of tracked vehicles viz, Tk T-90, Tk T-72, MBT Arjun, ICV BMP II, ARV WZT-III, ARV VT-72B,and Heavy Commercial Vehicles. Well experienced in quality control cycle, periodic maintenance, corrective maint, predictive maint plans,inspections, analyzing,touble shooting sys ans eqpts of all Armoured Fighting Vehicles. Obtained adequate training in Human Resource Management and Stock Holding of spare parts sufficient to meet the repairable arising.

- 30 years experience of Armoured Fighting Vehicles and Heavy commercial Vehs maint Engineer in Indian Army
- Carry out defects rectification of all Armoured Fighting Vehicles
- Planning of Maint schedules i.e Preventive Maint, Corrective Maint and Predictive maint of all vehicles/ eqpts as per manuals described.
- Insitu defects carried out
- Installation and Dismantling of of MUAs ( Major Unit Assemblies) and sub assys i.e Engine, Transmission, Hyd eqpts, compressors, Pneumatic sys, Running gears, Suspension sys and Road Wheels etc.
- Carryout running defects i.e user level , maint agency level
- Participation of trials when new eqpts induction in fd and conduct on impart trg.
- Conduct of Daily, Weekly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual technical inspection of all vehs which are held with under maint of my load.
- To ensure 100% eqpt readiness off all vehs at all time to induction of eqpt with fully mission capable.
- Capable of analyse consumption pattern of spares i.e Fast, Non moving and Slow.
- Stocking of spares
- Inventory Management and their analysis i.e ABC, FNS and VED based on consumption pattern.
- To ensure customer satisfaction for the repairs of eqpts.
- To maintain the first element of all machineries with held.
- Demand spares and spares management
- To maintain the KPIs pertaining to vehicles i.e MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MKBF, ( Mean Kilometre Between Failures), MTTR ( Mean Time To Repair), MHBF ( Mean Hours Between Failures) Failure Rates and ER ( Eqpt Readiness) etc.
- Handling of Test Jigs/ Test Eqpts, SMTs/ STEs (Special Maint Tools and Special Test Eqpts)
- Proper Maint of all records and documents as per org desired.
